Kotsiris family olive oil from our own plantations. Annual production of no more than 15,000 litres. Extra virgin, cold-pressed, unsprayed, unfertilised and unfiltered in its purest form. Acidity level max. 0.03%. Made of the olive variety Koroneiki, in the surroundings of Methoni South Peloponessos. Beautiful green colour with light almond taste and a small pepper at the end. Perfect for dressings, salads, bread and of course for baking.
