Nico Lazaridi Magic Mountain - a name, a legend, a wine that satisfies all the senses. It refers to the mountain Pangeon that rises impressively opposite the Château Νico Lazaridi Winery and is linked to the worship of Dionysus, the treasure hunt of Alexander the Great and has been a crossroads of cultures between East and West for thousands of years. The Magic Mountain red wine, made from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Cabernet Franc (50%), has been an unsurpassed product, with a divine, noble and mystical flavour, since its first release in 1990 and until today. Deep red colour. In the nose, exuberant aromas of ripe red and black fruit, violets, coffee and chocolate are harmoniously combined with the distinctive character of spices. On the palate, it has a full body with round tannins and well balanced with acidity, with aromatic richness and a long finish.

Classic red wine vinification with a long extraction, the proportion of grape marc/most increases to achieve a greater output of tannins. The wine matures for 18-20 months in new oak barrels and also ages for 18 months in bottle under ideal cellar conditions. Will respond well to ageing up to 10-15 years after harvest.

The label is a painting by Mikaella Theofanopoulou, a Greek artist specialising in "one line art", an expressive language with airy simplicity and many interpretations.
