Kechris Roza Retsina, 750 ml

This special rosé retsina has a deep pink colour with violet highlights. The aromas of fresh forest strawberries balance with the refreshing notes of resin, alternating between mastic and spice, and converge on the smoky background of the barrel. The typical acidity of the Xinomavro variety adds freshness to the wine and balances with its aromatic intensity before ending in a long spicy finish.

Ideal companion to grilled mushrooms, seafood, smoked salmon, pasta, fish in red sauce, lamb stew or lamb on a spit, traditional Greek meatballs, grilled aubergine, Asian dishes such as salmon sushi and vegetable tempura as spicy hard cheeses.
