Tsipouro Kalaitzi is distilled using steam in copper stills. The fermented grapes are slowly and patiently refined at controlled, low temperatures. This tsipouro is distilled twice, resulting in an exceptionally pure product, in which the aromas of the grape variety can fully develop. Every year, the first distillation is completed at the end of November. The second is the most important, as it guarantees the quality of the tsipouro and finishes at the end of March. Enjoy chilled paired with delicacies such as sauteed vegetables, fried bread, cured meat, smoked fish, hot peppers or mezedes. 40% alcohol.
