Ouzo Plomari Adolo "heart of the heart". It is a unique product of 100% triple distillation and is produced by distilling the ouzo of Plomari for a third time. This third distillation takes place in a hand-forged copper still from 1911, which was built on special order of Isidoros Arvanitis. Distillation takes 13 hours and takes place over a low olive wood fire. The ouzo is characterised by a unique taste and aromatic character and gives the final distillate a rich bouquet of aromas. The ouzo is dry and contains 42% alcohol. It contains different aromas from those in Ouzo Plomari. Due to the special production conditions, Adolo does not have large production capacities.
