This aged Tsipouro comes from the Katsaros family, which has been producing ouzo in Greece for 160 years. Only the best selected muscat grapes find their place in this exceptional tsipouro. After gentle distillation, the heart of the distillate is diluted with purified water. The result then rests in Katsaros' cellars. Embedded in 100-year-old Limousin and Troncais oak barrels, the tsipouro is allowed to develop its notes to perfection. Here, the tsipouro matures for 3 years. Very exclusive tsipouro for the enthusiast.
