We are from Kalamata, so all our oils come from there. However, we were asked for olive oil from Crete. That is why we have sent for three varieties. This olive oil from the Albadakis family in Heraklion is made from the koroneiki variety. It can be used for baking, roasting, salads and dressings. Light pepper.
