Graviera is a hard cheese with a pale yellow colour and small holes. It is made from fresh pasteurised goat's milk with rennet. It is the lightest of our graviera cheeses. The local goat's milk used makes for an extra aromatic cheese with a slightly tangy and rich taste. Arkadia's graviera is one of the best varieties in Greece and has won many awards for its taste and quality.

Weight: between 340 and 460 grams.
