Ladotyri is a special cheese from Mytilini made from sheep's milk. It is a PDO cheese. This cheese has been made on the island of Lesvos for a thousand years.  It has a piquant taste and many aromas. During the ripening process, the cheese is rubbed with olive oil. For salads, pasta, cheese board etc.
