Jivaeri is a double-filtered ouzo from Larissa. Many herbs are added during the distillation of the ouzo, the mixture of which is the secret of the jivaeri ouzo. Its unique subtle aroma and rich velvety flavour come from the 14 carefully selected aromatic seeds and herbs such as fennel, anise, nutmeg, star anise and more. The final product is filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks. This ouzo contains 40% alcohol.
