Delicious authentic pork gyros marinated with bukuvo chilli flakes from northern Greece, oregano, black peppercorns and salt. The preparation is indicated on the packaging: the gyros should be baked or grilled. Our tip: roll the gyros with tzatziki and sliced onions in a pita bread, it's like being in Greece!
