Saganaki with honey, sesame and filo pastry

Ingredients for 1-2 persons:
  • Saganaki from naxos
  • olive oil family Kotsiris.
  • 2 sheets of Kanakis filo pastry
  • Honey
  • Sesame seeds

 

Preparation (video):
  1. Fold the saganki into the filo pastry, spread olive oil on the edge of the filo pastry as you fold it.
  2. Fill a pan with a little oil and put it on medium-high heat.
  3. Let the saganaki brown nicely and then turn it over until both sides are golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle some honey and sesame seeds over the saganaki and enjoy!
