Ingredients:
  • 250 g lean beef mince
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/6 Packet of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon dried mint
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 dash of milk
  • Salt, pepper
  • A dash of olive oil

 

Preparation:
  1. Mix all the ingredients very well until smooth. Then make small balls 1.5 to 2 cm thick and fry them in oil.
  2. Delicious with Greek salad, tzatziki and a piece of bread
