Feta sauce

Get going!


  • 200 g Feta
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 200 ml whole milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon of albumin


  1. Crumble the feta. Melt the butter in a saucepan without browning it and add the crumbled feta. Stir with a whisk until a smooth sauce is formed over a medium heat. Add the cream and milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Bind with a little bit of all-purpose binder and cook for another minute.
  2. You can use this sauce with grilled chicken, fried pork or lamb, or serve bifteki.
