Feta pasta with cherry tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 persons:
  • 1 bag of pasta from Melissa
  • 400 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 200 grams of feta Vassilitsa
  • Pepper and salt
  • oregano
  • if desired basil
  • olive oil

 

Preparation (video):
  1. Take a large baking dish and place all the cherry tomatoes in it with the block of feta in the middle.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Then add a generous splash of olive oil.
  3. Put the hot air oven at 185 degrees and leave the baking dish in it for about 30 minutes until the feta and the tomatoes are nicely coloured.
  4. Cook the pasta in boiling water for about 10-13 minutes.
  5. Take the oven dish out of the oven and mix the feta with the tomatoes, then you can add the pasta. This also needs to be mixed well.
  6. Serve with some basil and a nice glass of wine!
