The Greek dips

Our Greek dips are made by the company Viosal in Trikala, central Greece. It is a small family business that started making the well-known tzatziki, tarama and other well-known dips in 1985. The dips are very popular in Greece but also just as popular outside Greece. Try the tyrosalata (mild feta dip) & xtipiti (spicy feta dip). The classic melizano salata (aubergine salad) or the tarama (fish roe salad) should not be left out either. Order and try!

How to combine Greek dips

The dips can be combined in many ways. Our recommendation is to try this together with a pita sandwich where you can use the dips for dipping or spreading. Of course, the tzatziki goes perfectly with the pita gyros. The dips also go well with mezedes.
