The Giannakopoulos family makes these very unique and high-quality jams and marmalades for us. This family business has been making fantastic products at their factory in Kalamata, near our hometown, since 1948. All products contain at least 65 grams of fruit per 100 grams of jam, which you taste back in the flavour. The fruits needed are picked and selected by hand, so that only the best fruits are used to make these jams. After this, all fruits are washed and cooked at the perfect temperature. During this process, a small amount of sugar is added. When the jam has the ideal texture, it is put into glass jars after which it is pasteurised.
In our range, you will find the orange, fig and strawberry marmalade. These are super delicious on toast, crackers and bread. You can of course use our fig chutney on toast, but it goes particularly well with various cheeses and cold cuts. So use this as a dip on your drinks board. The same goes for our olive jam, this very unique product goes great with cheeses such as graviera and kefalotiri but also with cold cuts. You will be amazed by the taste.
