In our frozen range, you will find many typical Greek products that are indispensable in Greek cuisine. Our range includes Greek pita bread, frozen vegetables and frozen fish. The pita rolls can be used in many ways: dipping, spreading, filling or rolling. Pita rolls are available in different sizes, shapes and regular or wholemeal. We also offer a wide range of Greek vegetables such as okra, radikia (leafy vegetables), arakas and more, indispensable in many Greek meals. We also offer frozen fish, delicious from the grill or pan-fried.

Greek puff pastry and filo pastry

Puff pastry and filo dough is used in various ways within Greek cuisine. Think, for instance, of sweets such as baklava, kadaïfi and ponirouli, which we certainly cannot resist. The well-known spanakopita and tyropita (cheese and/or spinach patties) are also made from filo dough. We were missing high-quality tyropitas in the Netherlands, which is why we imported them.
